Italian at its best

A small list of places we know of around the world that spread genuine Italian culture. While discovering these spaces, you may even find an edition of Caffe Italia to enjoy.

Burro e Salvia in London

Burro e Salvia, founded by Torinese pasta-maker, Gaia, offers a selection of freshly-made pastas. With one storefront in East Dulwich and one in Shoreditch, Burro e Salvia is providing Londoners with exquisite, authentic Italian pasta that is made to order, at an affordable price. Either you can take your pasta to-go, or you can linger, relax and enjoy a sumptuous meal in their restaurant.

Viano Alimentari in Göttingen

Remo Viani opened this wonderful Italian food store in his hometown Goettingen in 2010, and since then he has filled it with the very best products: a great selection of oliveoil, pasta, tomatosauces, wine, cheese, salami... and even a bakery! Go for a cappuccino in the morning, for a panino at lunchtime or to shop for your own Italian dinner at home.
